Bolts, Nuts, Washers and Grommets
• Bolts nuts and washers shall be stainless steel SS 316L.
• They shall have metric coarse threads. Which comply with BS 3643: Part 1 and Part 2 Isometric screw threads, and also BS 4190.
• Exposed bolt heads and nuts shall be hexagonal.
• Bolt lengths shall be sufficient and of not less than 4 to 5 threads extra to ensure that the nut is full threaded when tightened on the final position. At least two washers and one spring washer shall be provided with each nut and bolt.
• Material grade & manufacturing standard shall be indicated.
• All nut, bolt, washer shall be property class marking embossed, for alloy no. /grade.
• Factory test report approved by third party shall be submitted.
• Sample, warranty latter and country of origin shall be submitted.
